Print Design, Web Design and Photography Services: $90.00 per hour

Elle Phillips Design recognizes that in today's economy budgets can be tight. So, for new clients, I'm offering a REDUCED RATE of $50/hour for your first three projects. That's a 45% savings off the regular hourly rate!

If you would like a freelance graphic design or photography quote, send me an email or contact me and I'll respond within 24 hours. Please understand that I need detailed information about a specific project in order to give you a close estimate.

I charge for design and photography time only — all burned CD's, gas mileage, proofs and other additional expenses within reason are covered in the hourly rate. Purchase of stock photography is not included and will be charged separately.

I keep a hand-written time sheet for every job. Upon completion of the job I will email an invoice to you (or fax if you prefer) and payment is expected within 30 days of invoice date. Check or money order is preferred, but if you wish to pay by Credit Card I can send you an invoice via PayPal (please note an additional 4% service charge will be added to your bill if you wish to pay by credit card). Once payment has been received all rights to the completed project are yours, unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE NOTE: I can not, and will not, use images that you do not own the rights to. If stock photography needs to be purchased in order to complete a graphic design project, please contact me for details. I abide by a high standard of ethics and will not knowingly infringe on someone elses copyrighted work.
