If you would like a graphic design or photography quote, please feel free to contact us and we’ll make every effort to respond to you within 24 hours. The more detailed information you can provide to us about a specific project, the more accurately we will be able to estimate your cost.

We keep time sheets for all projects and jobs. Once completed, or as otherwise agreed to between us, we will email your invoice to you with payment due within 30 days. Payment by check is preferred, however if you wish to pay by credit card you may do so through our PAYMENTS page. Additional fees for credit cards may apply. Once payment has been received all rights to the completed project design and/or photography become yours, unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE NOTE: In our designs we will not use images or designs that you do not own the rights to. We always strive to maintain the highest ethical standards and will not knowingly infringe on anyone’s designs or copyrighted works, which includes images derived from AI that could also be subject to copyright restriction. If stock photography needs to be purchased in order to complete a graphic design project, please contact us for details.

By retaining our services for the scope of work agreed upon, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions unless otherwise specified in writing. Should you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask! It is always our goal to meet the specific graphic design and photography needs of our clients.
